41-year-old actor named Tom Hardy has won the right to keep high-end cladding he reconstructed onto the extension to his £3.4million home. According to the report that the agent of Hardy was being forced to submit a retrospective application in order to keep the extension as it is and the offer was acknowledge by the council. According to the report that the decision made by the council in London on the previous month would mean that Hardy won’t have to take down the cladding on his five-bed home.
According to the report that it was suspected that he had not stuck the correct information of his granted application by using different equipments on his home, this report was coming also from the planning documents. It has been reported that the council has also found a window been transferred from the right to the left of the extension. According to the report that the council has claimed that Hardy could either tear down the larch or he will submit a new application. A representative for his agents said: ‘Our clients were somewhat surprised to be notified over an alleged breach of planning control.’ According to the report that Mr Hardy’s retrospective application has been approved by London Borough of Richmond Council last December 10.
